Membership Type

Membership Terms & Conditions

• Membership will be valid for one calendar year from the date of approval.
• After one year, only active donors will be eligible for renewal.
• Inactive or non-contributing members will not be considered for renewal unless a valid reason is provided and accepted by the organization.
• The organization reserves the right to review and cancel membership in case of violation of rules or inactivity.

Code of Conduct for General Body Members

As a General Body Member, I commit myself to uphold the vision, mission, and values of the organization with integrity, responsibility, and respect.

1. Commitment to the Organization

• Support and promote the aims, objectives, and activities of the organization.
• Act in the best interest of the organization always.
• Attend meetings regularly and participate actively in discussions and decisions.

2. Ethical Conduct

• Maintain honesty, integrity, and transparency in all dealings.
• Avoid misuse of organizational resources, funds, or property.
• Declare any conflict of interest and refrain from activities that may harm the reputation of the organization.

3. Respect & Collaboration

• Treat all members, staff, volunteers, and beneficiaries with dignity and respect.
• Encourage teamwork, cooperation, and inclusiveness.
• Avoid discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior of any kind.

4. Confidentiality

• Respect the confidentiality of organizational information, records, and discussions.
• Do not disclose sensitive information without proper authorization.

5. Accountability

• Be answerable for actions, decisions, and commitments as a General Body Member.
• Follow the rules, policies, and constitution of the organization.
• Cooperate with audits, reviews, and evaluations.

6. Representation

• Represent the organization positively in the community and public forums.
• Seek prior approval before making statements on behalf of the organization.

7. Discipline

• Adhere to organizational by-laws and meeting protocols.
• Accept decisions taken collectively, even if they differ from personal opinion.
